Lobby

We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Lobby Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 6:30am – 7pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: 8am – 5pm

Our lobby is closed on all national holidays.

When entering, all cats must be in a carrier and all dogs on leash. We ask that retractable leashes are not used, as these can pose a safety hazard when dropping off and picking up.  Please have your pet on a 6ft (or less) leash. All American Pet Resorts will provide a slip lead in our lobby if you choose to use this type of leash.


Pet Pre-Entry Evaluation

Because of our high-touch pet care style, a Meet & Greet is required prior to entry for any service we provide. The Meet & Greet consists of a brief resort tour and a variety of health and behavioral questions regarding your pet. These questions will help us identify your pet’s specific needs while staying with us and will help us place them into the proper playgroup. All American Pet Resorts reserves the right to deny services to any pet we deem unhealthy or unsafe to our staff and other guests.

General Notices

Reservations are required for all boarding & daycare guests, walk-ins will no longer be accepted.  You can drop off your pet any time during our lobby hours. Although we are staffed 24/7, we are unable to accommodate drop off and pick-ups outside of lobby hours. We would appreciate advance notice if your plans change and you need to adjust or cancel your pets stay.

A valid credit card must be on file prior to your pet being dropped off for boarding or daycare.  Payment must be made at the time of pick up.  If payment is not made at the time of pick up there will be a $50 charge added to your invoice.  

Exit baths are included with stays of one week or more of boarding (7 nights). For daycare or stays less than 7 days we will gladly give your pet a paid bath prior to exit. This must be scheduled at the time of drop-off so we can make sure your pet is clean and smelling great when you are reunited.  The cost of paid baths varies depending on what is needed to make sure your family member is in tip-top shape. 

 


Pet Boarding

Reservations are required for all boarding guests.  You are able to drop off your pet any time during our lobby hours. Although we are staffed 24/7, we are unable to accommodate drop off and pick-ups outside of lobby hours. Please note that we do not have a cancellation policy, we do appreciate advance notice if your plans change and you need to adjust or cancel your pets stay.

Dogs

Our boarding rate for dogs is $50 per night. This rate is based on a 24-hour period. If boarded longer than a 24-hour period, daycare fees apply. We offer a multiple pet discount for dogs sharing the same suite of $10 per dog per night.

Our overnight boarding rate is all-inclusive of a private, glass-front suite, which includes, an elevated bed, comfortable bedding, bowls for water and food, and a 5-star rated house food (grain-free – dry and wet food). For well-socialized dogs, five one-hour long Group Plays are also included in the price. Additionally, each dog gets one nightly walk and 24-hour, in-house supervision.

Dogs may be dismissed from group play for behavioral, medical, or age-related reasons. If dismissed, the dog will be a ‘private play’ dog and the owner will be responsible for the additional $15 per day boarding fee.

NOTE: 70% of our suites are on camera. All of our play yards, inside and out, are visible via our webcams. Webcam suites are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on when the reservation was made. 

Dog: Private Play

Private play will be charged an additional $15 per calendar day.  This is a service that takes individualized care for your family member, and we want to ensure that we have the proper staff scheduled to perform this service at the highest level your furbaby deserves.

Private play is limited to Monday through Friday.  We cannot accommodate private daycare during the weekend due to the increased volume of resort guests. Unfortunately, we can make NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. 

To ensure your pet gets the attention they deserve, we limit private daycare dogs to five dogs/day. We will NOT be accepting more reservations when the five private daycare dogs are reserved for that day. Because we are limiting the number of private daycare dogs, a cancellation charge of $20 will apply if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the reservation.  We want to make this service is available to all pet parents that need it when space is available.

Cats

Our boarding rate for cats is $25 per night. Cat boarding does not incur any daycare charges regardless of drop-off/pick-up time. We offer a multiple pet discount for cats sharing the same condo of $5 per cat per night.

Our overnight boarding rate is all-inclusive of a private, glass-front 5 story cat condo, which includes, a bed, comfortable bedding, bowls for water and food, litter pan, and a 5-star rated house food (grain-free – dry and wet food). Our feline guests have access to our various playscapes, toys and scratch posts during their individual playtimes.


Daycare

We operate doggie daycare from 6:30am to 7pm during the week and 8am-5pm on weekends. A full day of daycare is $30 per guest. A half-day of daycare, which is 6 hours or less, is $20 per guest. Our playtimes are one hour on, then one hour off. Group play is divided by size and play style. While in playtime, the dogs have access to indoor and outdoor yards. Each playgroup is fully supervised. All clients have access to our playroom webcams.

Daycare packages are available for purchase. Pre-paid packages are valid for only the services for which they were purchased. Pre-paid Packages may not be combined with any other discount, coupon or offer. Pre-paid packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Dog: Private Play

Health

Vaccinations MUST be up to date and provided by the owner via email, fax, or in person 72 hours BEFORE your pet is accepted into our resort.  We will not accept any pet without vaccination records.  Most vaccines, especially Bordetella, take 72 hours to become effective. This policy helps us to ensure the health and safety of all our furry guests.

All dogs must be current on Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper. Vaccinations against leptospirosis and canine influenza are highly recommended. All cats must be current on Rabies and Feline Distemper.

We do accept Titers tests. If your pet is medically unable to receive any of the required vaccines, a written letter from your veterinarian is required.

Flea and Heartworm

All pets must be current on flea and heartworm prevention programs.

Pets with flea or tick problems will be treated at your expense.

Additional Health Policies

If your pet is exhibiting any symptoms that may suggest illness such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny eyes or nose, vomiting, lethargy, or diarrhea, please do not bring your pet to daycare or boarding.

Un-spayed females in heat are not accepted. If your dog comes into heat while boarding, we will contact you and you will be expected to pick up your dog immediately. If you are unable to do so, you will be charged an extra $30.00 per day.


Food / Belongings

As part of the boarding and daycare fees, All American provides a 5-star rated grain-free food. Food is allowed from home but MUST be bagged per meal. All meals must be bagged and labeled per meal per day. If not, a $5 per day bagging fee will be added to the bill at the time of pick up.  We cannot accept large bags or containers due to storage constraints. We do NOT accept bowls or measuring utensils from home. Do not bring items with your pet(s) that are valuable or irreplaceable.


Medication

All medication must be provided in original containers from a veterinarian. Leaving the medication in the original container assists our pet caretakers to understand clearly how much medicine the pet should receive and more importantly if there is a reaction to the medication and a veterinarian needs to be consulted.  We will not administer any medication that is not in the original container.

Insulin will be administered by trained staff at the cost of $10 per day per pet.
